Service Eligibility
Services are provided to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants. Registration is in progress.
Scope of Services
Supports include personal care, daily activities, community access, and transport. Services are provided only to the participant.
Bookings and Cancellations
A minimum of 24 hours’ notice is required for cancellations. Late cancellations may be charged in full.
Fees
Charges follow the NDIS Price Guide. Rates may change in line with NDIS updates.
Duty of Care
All services comply with NDIS Practice Standards and the Code of Conduct.
Complaints
Feedback and complaints are welcomed and handled fairly.
