Admiring Hearts Pvt Ltd is an independent disability support service provider committed to delivering safe, respectful, and person-centred supports in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
We currently provide supports to self-managed and plan-managed NDIS participants only. Our NDIS provider registration is currently in progress.
At Admiring Hearts, we focus on supporting participants to build independence while respecting dignity, choice, and control. All supports are tailored to each participant’s individual needs, goals, and lifestyle.
Our team consists of professional and experienced support staff who hold relevant qualifications, training, and valid NDIS Worker Screening Checks, ensuring services are delivered safely and to a high standard.
Person-Centred Care
We are committed to delivering person-centred supports that are tailored to each participant’s unique needs, goals, and lifestyle. We work collaboratively with participants to promote independence, dignity, and overall wellbeing. Our supports are regularly reviewed to ensure they remain effective, appropriate, and focused on achieving meaningful outcomes. We encourage skill development and active participation in daily living and community life.
Respect for Choice & Control
We respect and uphold every participant’s right to choice and control over their supports. We empower participants to make informed decisions about how, when, and by whom their services are delivered. Cultural background, personal values, and individual preferences are always respected. We welcome participant feedback and use it to continuously improve the quality of our services.
Safe & Ethical Services
We deliver services in full accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct. We actively identify, manage, and reduce risks to ensure a safe and supportive environment for both participants and staff. Our team maintains clear professional boundaries and ethical service delivery at all times. Any incidents, complaints, or hazards are promptly reported and managed in line with NDIS requirements.

We are committed to protecting participant privacy and maintaining strict confidentiality of all personal information. We comply with all relevant privacy legislation and follow secure record-keeping practices. Our team upholds professional conduct and respectful communication at all times. All staff are appropriately qualified and hold valid NDIS Worker Screening Checks and relevant certifications.
